I've been extremely fortunate to visit and work in some of the most beautiful locations the last few years. Places that I otherwise would not have visited if it were not for my camera. Of course I'd love to be one of those photographers with the beautiful beaches of Hawaii in my backyard, or be able to shoot at the luxurious resorts in Beverly Hills, or even use Paris as a backdrop for a destination wedding. Unfortunately, like most of us, I don't have that luxury, but that doesn't mean I'm not surrounded by beautiful locations! I've gathered some of my favorite shots from different locations in Virginia and North Carolina, check it out!

What better scene to capture a beautiful love story than the nation's capitol? The cherry blossoms, monuments, and historic buildings all served as wonderful backdrops for our shoot. Over the past few years, most of the couples I've worked with have had the same approach to their wedding. Let the bride take care of all creative planning, and just make sure the groom shows up on time! Now that may be a bit exaggerated, but naturally the brides just have more creative control over the process, but there is one detail that the guys get the chance to do all by themselves. That's picking out the one thing that will symbolize their marriage throughout their lifetime. The ring! With hours of searching and weighing different options, we come to the conclusion of which ring we will choose to ask the most important question of our lives. So I guess you could say as a photographer, it's pretty important that I be sure to capture the beauty of such an important expression of love. So enjoy some of my favorite shots of these beautiful wedding rings!
My 3rd go with the Parrish family, who I now consider family of my own. It was great to get out with some of my favorite people before the Holidays! Check out these awesome photos of the Parrish family!
